Lovelace Medical Center is a leading acute care facility with 263 licensed beds, offering a wide range of services including emergency care, surgical interventions, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke management, radiology, and oncology.

- Conduct direct invasive and non-invasive cardiopulmonary assessments and procedures.
- Administer, monitor, and document prescribed medications and therapies, including setting up and maintaining patient ventilation and performing arterial blood gas tests.
- Attend professional development meetings and maintain necessary credentials and licensure.
- Contribute to the formulation and evaluation of policies and procedures.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and perform additional duties as required.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent experience.
- Current Respiratory Care License in NM.
Certifications:
- BLS
- RRT
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Membership in AARC.
- National Specialty Certification.
- PALS, NRP, or ACLS certifications may be required by the facility or department.
