POSITION SUMMARY

This role will involve overseeing project teams tasked with the design of water and wastewater utility infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities encompass project management, client communication, quality assurance/quality control, budgeting, and guiding a team of engineers and designers. The project management scope includes all phases from conceptualization through design to project completion.

Qualifications:

Essential requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in electric utility projects
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Kentucky and/or Tennessee, or the ability to obtain it within one year of employment
  • Experience in transmission and distribution line design
  • Proficiency in Electric System Modeling and Master Planning
  • Substation design experience is advantageous
  • Willingness to work in accordance with the company's Remote Work Policy
