Job Overview

Maspeth Federal Savings & Loan Assn is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail banking team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring a well-functioning and cohesive team
  • Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to branch employees
  • Develop and implement strategies to build customer relationships and drive business growth
  • Monitor and supervise branch activity, including equipment, cash handling, and branch maintenance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in branch operations, with 3 years' supervisory experience
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and teambuilding skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods and travel to branch locations
