We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Walden Behavioral Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and promoting a safe and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years' prior relevant psychiatric experience.
- CPR certification required prior to employment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
