**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Bellevue, WA. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring excellent patient care and service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels based on established provider FTE ratios, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal productivity.
  • Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff members, while also participating in hiring other care team members as required.
  • Provide guidance, supervision, and leadership to department staff, leveraging strong team-building and motivational skills.
  • Evaluate work performance of MA supervisors and medical assistants according to organizational policies.
  • Implement nursing policies and procedures, working closely with the Medical Director and Health Center Administrator to meet Sea Mar's standards, philosophy, and governmental regulations.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) licensure in the State of Washington, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) or Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) preferred.
  • Minimum two-three years of experience in nursing supervision and management, preferably in ambulatory care settings.
  • Strong clinical background, leadership, and management skills, with ability to make decisions independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, using excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency desired but not mandatory.

**Salary Range:** The salary range for this position is $85,470 annually.
