Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, justify, and deploy automated systems that drive production and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with departmental and corporate leadership to identify existing automation capabilities and future opportunities.
  • Mentor newer engineers in their projects and delegate tasks as appropriate.
  • Ensure processes and controls are developed to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with a concentration on automation project work.
  • Certified Professional Engineer preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required from an accredited firm.
  • Advanced foundation in engineering fundamentals required.
