Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary:

The Merchandiser role is responsible for providing exceptional product merchandising support in our store locations across the assigned territory for Clark Beverage Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate and refresh stock and advertising according to set directions to ensure optimal product visibility.
  • Assist in unloading and delivery of products to ensure timely receipt and storage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in conjunction with Sales team to service designated customers.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by Supervisor to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated individuals with a desire to work both individually and in a team environment.
  • Ability to enjoy active work and moving throughout entire shift, including activities such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and using a pallet jack.
  • Desire and ability to travel by own car or truck, with all mileage reimbursed through CarData program.
  • Customer-focused mentality and strong desire to meet customer needs through product availability.
  • Highly communicative in both verbal and written forms with Supervisory staff and Teammates.
  • Ability to work 5 shifts of up to 45 hours per week, including weekend availability.
