Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate RN to join our team as a New Graduate Nurse Residency. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your clinical skills in a variety of settings.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, telemetry, and emergency departments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
- Nursing school graduate with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
