We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Program Analyst to join our team, which oversees projects that encompass a range of security classifications for a government program office.

This role will provide direct support to the Advanced Hypersonic Weapons & Guided Munitions Division (E20) and will be stationed on-site at a designated facility.

Candidates for this position must hold an active US DoD Secret level (or higher) Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Job Functions:
- Offer technical assistance to the Division Program Manager, Functional Leads, and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads for a significant DoD Acquisition Program.

- Collaborate with systems engineers and IPT leads to help document plans of action and milestones for addressing technical challenges.

- Partner with planners to ensure the incorporation of action plans into the Program Integrated Master Schedule.
- Aid the IPT lead in identifying, documenting, and monitoring Program risks along with their corresponding mitigation strategies.

- Utilize databases and Microsoft Office applications to manage, maintain, and disseminate technical and programmatic information as directed by the Program Manager, IPT, Functional Leads, and Configuration/Data Managers.

- Analyze data and provide recommendations supported by sound rationale.

Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or management discipline or equivalent experience.

A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted with an additional 4 years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree.

Alternatively, an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be considered.

- A minimum of 6 years of experience in business, management, development, or integration within Navy, weapons, munitions, and/or operations, with at least 2 of those years within the last 5 years.

Relevant educational background may substitute for experience.

Security Clearance Requirement:
- Active US DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Experience:
- Familiarity with DoD systems acquisition requirements, documentation development, and financial and/or technical specifications.
- Proficiency in planning, management, budgeting, and coordinating technical and contract requirements.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in preparing project budgets and analyzing acquisition documentation.
- Experience in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) for technical and administrative contractor support.
- Background in DoD Acquisition Programs (preferably US Navy programs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Knowledge of the DoD Systems Engineering Technical Review process.
- Understanding of the DoD Risk and Opportunity management process.
- Diverse professional experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple security requirements.

Skills:

- Capability to track action items, develop metrics, and create and monitor risk mitigation plans and Plans of Actions and Milestones.
