Job Title: Collision Damage Estimator
We are seeking a skilled Collision Damage Estimator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and Communicate Repair Needs: Accurately document and communicate repair needs and estimates to customers and insurance companies.
- Coordinate Repair Process: Coordinate all aspects of the repair process to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with insurance client requirements and company operating procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain the store's performance metrics and uphold company values.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and minimum 1-year experience in compliance with DRP's.
- Professional Development: Willingness to complete I-CAR training and maintain a valid driver's license.
