Key Responsibilities- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize room cleaning to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in managing daily housekeeping activities, including supervising housekeeping staff and coordinating with other departments.
- Act as a liaison between housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry to ensure seamless operations.
- Document and resolve issues related to discrepant rooms with the front desk.
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience and supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds, and push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods and perform other physical demands of the job.
