We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis RN Educator to join our team at Gila River Health Care. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and conducting clinical and policy training for all direct patient care personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical training programs for direct patient care personnel.
- Oversee the implementation of new policies and procedures to ensure consistent compliance across all departments.
- Maintain a master training schedule and collaborate with department managers to schedule training programs.
- Track employee training data and ensure compliance with organizational risk management initiatives.
- Collect and report educational program data to inform workforce education planning.
- Train managers, directors, and clinical staff on new technologies.
- Ensure environmental integrity and patient safety through education and training.
- Supervise education coordinators to ensure effective delivery of workforce training programs.
- Oversee financial spending of workforce education programs and report expenses to management.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- Registered Nurse Licensure in AZ or qualified Compact Licensure.
- 3 years of RN experience in a hospital or outpatient healthcare setting.
- 2 years of health education experience.
- Certified Health Educator preferred.
- Current and continuing BLS training and certifications.
- Competitive hourly rate: $49.00 per hour.

License/Certification- BLS Certification.
