About the Role:

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service to every guest. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Victra, connecting our guests to what matters most.

  • Share product knowledge to connect guests with the right solutions.
  • Work alongside peers and store leaders to learn and share ideas.
  • Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
  • Create personal connections with guests to make technology look simple.
  • Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date.

Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
