Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) program. As a Clinician, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive mental health care to children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral issues. Your primary objective will be to provide individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions directly in the client's home, supporting both the child and their family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home-based assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for children and families.
  • Deliver comprehensive mental health services to children, parents, and families in various settings.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with outside agencies and referral services.
  • Coordinate team services to ensure compliance with recovery plans.
  • Demonstrate innovative problem-solving, crisis intervention, and management skills.
  • Work closely with the IICAPS Team Leader and other professionals to ensure adherence to IICAPS credentialing requirements.
  • Conduct evaluations and assist in formulating recovery goals and strategies for families and teams.
  • Provide treatment in various settings, including homes, communities, and schools.
  • Offer therapeutic interventions, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Maintain clinical records in the IICAPS BMS and CCGC's Credible web-based electronic health record.
  • Meet documentation deadlines.
  • Participate in supervision and case presentations.
  • Interface with CCGC medication prescribers and families.
  • Contribute to special projects, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, family therapy, or a related clinical field.
  • Experience providing individual, group, and family psychosocial assessments and treatment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in assessment, crisis intervention, and child and family therapy, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Have a solid commitment to your work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
