About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and other essential tasks
  • Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake
  • Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including making beds and transporting residents within the facility
  • Prevent bedsores by turning bedridden residents
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data
Requirements
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Successful completion of a CNA program
  • Current State Certification
  • Good standing with the State Registry
