We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab Registered Nurse to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals undergoing cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
Responsibilities- Supervise and assess patients during cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, including exercise therapy and education sessions.
- Coordinate patient care and respond to emergency situations with poise and professionalism.
- Evaluate and recruit potential candidates for Cardiac Rehabilitation, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in cardiovascular nursing or five years of experience in cardiovascular nursing is preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: A current RN license in the appropriate state is required.
- Additional Skills: Practical and theoretical knowledge of all phases of routine and critical cardiac and respiratory care, with an emphasis on adult, chronic disease management.
