Job Summary:We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our patients and their families. As a member of our ICU team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care
- Direct and supervise other assigned team members
- Communicate clearly and openly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Current additional certifications as required by department
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
- At least 6 months critical care RN experience
