Job Description

This role involves providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes:

  • $16.00 per hour

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (for day and evening shifts)
