Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Coordinator to join our team at HarperGC. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for overseeing project operations, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify quality issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including documentation, reports, and presentations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; minimum 2.5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
