We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Refinisher to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for completing and assisting in the refinishing of vehicles to dealership quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Completes and assists in refinishing vehicles by dealership quality specifications and time standards.
• Includes masking, sanding, applying under-coats, mid-coats, and top-coats.
• Communicates effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
• Reliable and hard-working individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
