Position Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee the preparation of Monthly Operations Review data, manage the annual budgeting process, and conduct monthly forecasting for the assigned system. This role also includes monitoring internal controls and performance metric reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly financial analyses of revenue, cost of goods sold, labor, and operational expenses, providing insights and solutions to mitigate costs or risks.
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document significant financial highlights to aid management in assessing progress against budgets.
  • Identify issues related to billing, collections, and financial processing, proposing solutions as necessary.
  • Ensure the accuracy of dashboard data in comparison to the general ledger.
  • Support the month-end closing process and perform variance analysis of key performance drivers.
  • Conduct analytics and establish benchmarks for key drivers of existing business.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes as required.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as needed while adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Complete all other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • An MBA or CPA is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Finance Manager role is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, anticipate workload impacts, and maintain a positive work attitude, including flexibility to work longer hours during peak periods.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
  • Experience with SAP, Essbase, and dashboard development is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and engage in new projects.
