A leading company in the field of substation T&D solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substation T&D Superintendent to join their team.

The Substation T&D Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction of substation T&D projects, ensuring timely and profitable completion of each project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising construction teams and managing project schedules.

• Plan, organize, and supervise construction work for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project schedules.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with project management to develop and implement project procedures and standards.
• Authorize purchase requisitions and field design change requests.
• Ensure overall project safety and conduct regular safety audits.
• Prepare and submit daily field reports and take photographs to document construction progress.
• Assess future work activities and identify potential concerns with work plans.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years of construction management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
