Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and project manage the logistics and operations for large-scale training deployments.
  • Coordinate and schedule training locations, delivery, and scheduling of all training events.
  • Handle all facilitators and vendor schedules, and train the trainer events.
  • Manage training logistics and operations, including large deployments.
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to create, assign, schedule, record, and report training.
  • Develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, and operate under tight time constraints.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and supply shipping and tracking for multiple concurrent events.
  • Allocate resources for facilitation, including part-time facilitators.

Requirements:

  • Experience deploying training programs over large geographic areas.
  • Experience managing materials and other resources for training.
  • Experience finding, coordinating, scheduling, and training facilitators.
  • Experience tracking training delivery to completion on tight timelines.
  • Experience reporting progress and status for complex projects.
  • Experience creating and providing highly detailed project plans for complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using tools like Microsoft Planner or Microsoft Project to track and report project plans and status.
