Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and strategic goals.
  • Oversee the processes of receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
  • Design and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce effective operational policies and procedures.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Supervising all aspects of receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Establishing and enforcing operational protocols.
  • Overseeing security measures within the warehouse.
  • Ensuring the safe and effective operation of warehouse equipment.
  • Promoting a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • Inspiring and managing warehouse personnel.

  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly.
