Mechanical Assembler Job Description

Job Summary:

Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components and subassemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test mechanical components and subassemblies
  • Operate various manufacturing equipment, including powder presses and analytical balances
  • Perform quality control checks on assembled components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
  • Meet production deadlines and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of industry assembly work experience
  • Ability to understand and speak English
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
