Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Maintain daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of patient care.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality control standards, including immunization logs, waived testing, drug sample logs, and equipment sterilization logs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and support clinical staff, including evaluating associate performance and recommending merit increases.
- Communication: Utilize effective oral and written communication skills to convey ideas and maintain confidentiality.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to CHRISTUS Physician Group policies, procedures, and objectives, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives and implement changes to enhance clinic operations.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Skills: Excellent computer knowledge and skills, including data input and abstracting, proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse license, CPR Certification through American Heart Association.
