Holliday Rock is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to assist our production team in completing various projects. The successful candidate will possess excellent physical abilities and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the completion of various repairs/projects.
  2. Perform physical labor tasks such as shoveling, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
  3. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  4. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and other vehicles.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning up debris and waste.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required.
  3. Ability to perform physical tasks in a variety of weather conditions.
  4. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  5. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  6. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  7. Good communication skills.
  8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
