IT Director

Franklin Fitch is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT infrastructure and support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, developing and enforcing security policies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT infrastructure and support team, focusing on network and cybersecurity
• Oversee daily security operations and develop security policies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain server and network services, troubleshoot issues, and enhance security posture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, LAN/WAN performance, and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, O365, and networking technologies (Cisco/Aruba preferred)
