Position Summary: As a Senior Identity and Access Governance Engineer at RedMatter Solutions, you will play a crucial role in implementing Identity and Access Governance solutions, providing advanced authentication, overseeing privileged access management, and ensuring secure information distribution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Identity & Access Governance solutions in client environments.
  • Develop technical architectures for integrating identity management, access management, and access governance software into client infrastructure and applications.
  • Utilize programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL to develop secure and scalable solutions.
  • Enable federal, state, local, and higher education clients to protect against digital identity risks using IAM programs.
  • Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication mechanisms.
  • Oversee privileged access management to ensure the security of sensitive resources.
  • Collaborate with a distributed team to support IAM applications and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls, and opportunities for internal control improvement, with a focus on SAML 2.0.
  • Maintain Okta certification (Okta Certified Professional or Okta Certified Administrator).
  • Demonstrate experience with Azure AD or similar access management products from Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, etc.
  • Develop integrated architecture for device and user authentication, leveraging Azure AD, Intune, and Okta.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in installing, integrating, and deploying Okta solutions.
  • Proficiency in Identity & Access Governance, access control, and access request processes.
  • Technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management solutions into client infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • US Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a public trust clearance.
