About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Physician to join our team as the Medical Director at AnyPlace MD. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for mentoring, training, and developing our clinical staff to deliver optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to clinical staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Clinical Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that clinical workflows and best practices are followed.
- Clinician Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new clinicians are integrated into our team seamlessly.
- Clinical Improvement and Growth: Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for clinical improvement and growth, and develop strategies to implement changes.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, payers, and local communities to promote our services and build partnerships.
- Clinical Coverage: Provide clinical coverage, balancing direct patient care with leadership duties to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
Requirements:
- Board Certification/Eligibility: Preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Experience in Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
- Licensure: Current WI medical license and unrestricted DEA license are required.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Medicare.
