Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled OSP Manager to lead our Outside Plant team. As a critical component of our organization, this role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee outside plant operations at one project, ensuring that all aspects of fiber and fixed wireless construction are performed efficiently and according to established standards.
  • Manage documentation and communication between OSP team, members, and construction vendors.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation in Automation/Workflow systems according to OSP standards and procedures.
  • Provide weekly reporting and communication to the assigned Project Manager for the project.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have experience managing documentation and communication between teams.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft 365 and SmartSheet products, are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communications skills are essential.

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year
