Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU/LTAC environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other members of the healthcare team as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- 1 year of acute care experience, or 6 months of acute care experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Cardiovascular) certification if required by department.
