Job Summary:

As a Pizza Chef, you will be actively engaged in the kitchen. We are seeking an individual to join our culinary team and craft delectable pizzas using our cherished family recipes. While prior experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A passion for excellent food, a proactive attitude to support your colleagues, and a commitment to ensuring pizzas are consistently produced are essential. We will provide you with all the necessary training, making this an ideal opportunity to start or enhance your culinary career.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pizzas according to our menu and custom requests
  • Bake various types of pizza doughs, including our classic thin crust, double dough, and Chicago-style deep dish
  • Perform line-cook tasks as required
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
  • Maintain a clean cooking area and sanitize equipment
Qualifications:
  • Practical experience in preparing and baking pizza doughs
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with professional kitchen tools and equipment
  • Ability to remain on your feet for approximately 90% of the workday and access all areas of the establishment
  • Capability to work in warm conditions and proficiently use kitchen appliances
  • Ability to engage in various physical activities such as reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving throughout the facility
  • Follow instructions and create high-quality menu items
  • Flexibility to work different shifts
