Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities, and develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.

Treatment and Education

You will implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, and educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement. Your documentation skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Collaboration and Qualifications

You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed. To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution, valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
