As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our receiving and dispatching procedures, as well as monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, providing clear guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Ensure inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and a strong background in operations management. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.
