Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in delivering quality care to our clients, assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily activities such as meal service, feeding, and mobility support.
  • Monitoring patient health by checking vital signs and documenting relevant information.
  • Providing comfort to patients by responding to their needs and reporting observations to nursing staff.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient care and activities.
  • Adhering to organizational policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
  • Upholding patient confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
  • Supporting patients with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to gather information about patient care plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Interacting respectfully with patients, families, and visitors at all times.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Current CNA certification in the relevant state.
  • Experience in direct patient care or long-term care settings is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift and move patients, and to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage emotional and stressful situations professionally.

Education:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Work Schedule:
This position may involve various shifts, including nights and weekends, across multiple locations.
