Millwright Supervisor

hth companies is a leading industrial services provider offering a range of services, including mechanical insulation, scaffolding, and industrial cleaning. We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Foreman to manage our team of millwrights and ensure the safety and quality of our work.

• Supervise a team of millwrights and oversee the operation of large industrial equipment, including power generators, turbines, and assembly line machinery.
• Organize crews, delegate tasks, and ensure that all necessary equipment is available on site to complete jobs safely.
• Drive and pull equipment to various locations, engaging with clients and vendors to determine their needs and recommend services.
• Enforce jobsite safety and comply with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team dedicated to customer service.

• 2-5 years of experience in the construction or industrial field, with some management experience.
• Class B CDL preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use a variety of tools, including blowtorches, saws, and welding torches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of safety principles and practices.
