Job Summary
Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide assists in meal preparation, places prepared food on plates/trays, and cleans the kitchen according to health standards. Punctuality, positive attitude, and ability to follow instructions are essential.

Responsibilities
- Assists cook in meal preparation and service
- Places prepared food on plates/trays following tray tickets
- Cleans and sanitizes the kitchen according to health standards
- Utilizes protective gear and adheres to safety precautions

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Specialized training in food service desirable
- Current ServSafe certification required
- Food Handler's card required
- Ability to lift/carry 30 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
