Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record electric meter readings using computerized handheld systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of meter readings and report any discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve data quality and customer satisfaction.
