Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their pets.

• Provide warm and professional greetings to clients and their pets
• Manage patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient processing of clients and their pets
• Assess client and pet needs, providing guidance and support as needed
• Respond to non-patient calls and visitors, connecting them to the appropriate team member
• Confirm appointments and provide accurate information to clients
• Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients
• Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains
