Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team at The Salvation Army USA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for scheduling pickups in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that all donations and delivery trucks are unloaded and added to inventory, and completing in-kind log forms for incoming items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule pickups in a timely and effective manner to ensure seamless delivery of donations.
  • Unload and add donations to inventory, maintaining accurate records of received items.
  • Complete in-kind log forms for incoming donations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Keep the vehicle used for pickups filled with gas, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of donations.
  • Notify supervisors of any discovered mechanical issues with the vehicle, ensuring prompt maintenance and minimizing downtime.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
