Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including brake and suspension repair, electrical repair, and mechanical repair.
  • Diagnose and repair tank trailers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Certify in heavy duty braking systems, staying up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Conduct heavy duty suspension repair and replacement, utilizing expertise and knowledge.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate from a technical school is a plus.
  • Perform maintenance of electrical systems, including diagnosing short circuits, ABS faults, repairing wiring, and replacing lights.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proficient in welding, with expertise in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems, with a working knowledge of tools and common applications.
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
