Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing non-pharmacological therapies.
- Assess patient health status, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including systematic review of records and treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with patients, families, and staff members.
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant and current DEA license.
- Ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to educate patients and their families and provide emotional support during a crisis.
- Strong analytical ability to assess condition of patient based on physical examination, and appearance and laboratory and related clinical data.
