The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality within our operations at Search Masters, Inc. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining and enhancing quality processes.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Documentation: Manage and oversee all quality-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with both new and existing suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Production Support: Assist in meeting customer production needs by developing and maintaining project timelines and Quality Instruction Sheets (QIS).
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations using methodologies such as 6M, 5 Whys, Cause and Effect, and fault tree analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement lean methodologies to foster ongoing improvements within the quality department.
- Documentation Skills: Demonstrate strong capabilities in quality documentation, particularly in ISO standards.
- Supplier Quality Experience: While not mandatory, experience in supplier quality and lean certifications is advantageous.
- Leadership Experience: Previous roles as a coordinator or supervisor are beneficial.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, though not essential.
This role is integral to the success of our quality initiatives and contributes significantly to the overall performance of Search Masters, Inc.
