As a member of the largest network of skilled nursing facilities in South Carolina, we offer PRN opportunities within our network. Our PTA will assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out care plans for our residents based on the physician treatment plan.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Record treatment notes and weekly progress
  • Participate in patient care and rehab conferences as needed
