Job Title: Consumer Digital Marketing Manager

This is a key role within our marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans to support business objectives, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure brand consistency, consumer interaction, and optimized media spend.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source content and ensure cohesive business strategies.
  • Own the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) channel, increasing engagement with target audiences and supporting sales growth.
  • Build and execute B2C email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including email creation, segmentation, A/B testing, deployments, QA, and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in digital marketing channel and campaign management, with 3+ years focused on email marketing.
  • 5+ years' experience in personnel and budget management.
  • Demonstrable knowledge driving business results through effective digital marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Advanced understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and email marketing.
  • Solid understanding of current and emerging digital marketing channels and their relationship to consumer paths to purchase.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and paid advertisements.
  • Understanding of Affiliate Marketing and Paid Search Advertising.
  • Strong project management and process skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Experience using Google Analytics for eCommerce websites and tracking technologies.
  • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer eCommerce business models.
  • Familiarity with web design, user experience design, systems integration, and ADA compliance design principles.
  • Administration of Klaviyo CRM.
  • Google Analytics certified.
  • Experience using Click-up productivity platform.
