This position involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
• Providing individualized therapy sessions to patients with communication disorders
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Candidates for this role should possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current certification as an SLP (CCC) or equivalent
• Experience working in a rehab setting, preferably with seniors
