Job Summary:
The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our Ambassador facility in New Hope, MN. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, including Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
