AEG is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Team Member to join its team. As a member of our Housekeeping Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests experience exceptional cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure that employees maintain quality standards
  • Assist in training employees in cleaning procedures
  • Coach and counsel employees for corrective action
  • Proper use of cleaning agents and equipment
  • Placement of supplies and amenities
  • Monitor staff activity to ensure safe work practices
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a hotel setting
Essential Skills:
  • Proven employee/guest relations, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Professional image representative of company image
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately
Job Demands:

Physical requirements include walking (up to 95% of the shift), standing, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 35 lbs., observing cleanliness of facility and communicating verbally.

Work Schedule:
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • 2:00 - 11:00 PM
