About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Kaizen Manager to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading transformation and change efforts within our plants to meet Global Manufacturing Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Kaizen workshops to eliminate waste and improve efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
  • Coach and develop our employees to achieve manufacturing excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of progressive responsibilities and experience in operations leadership.
  • Extensive experience in high-volume, complex manufacturing environments.
  • Experience successfully leading Kaizen workshops in complex manufacturing systems.
  • Demonstrated track record of building trust and rapport with employees and creating positive and healthy cultures.
  • Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to resolve diverse problems.
